I decided to make gnocchi for the first time ever. I used a simple basic recipe for the gnocchi that I found online. Potatoes, flour, egg, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper were the only ingredients. They turned out great and were fairly easy to make, but it took a while! Most of the time was spent prepping the potatoes; boiling, peeling, ricing, cooling. I used my Cuisinart food processor with the grating attachment, in lieu of a potato ricer, because I don't have one. I also made a cream sauce with garlic and herbs. and collages by Jay Stevenson...
